Forth Perspectives has a vision: a fairer, more inclusive and equal Scotland.

Organisations perform better with a diverse workforce that feels valued, respected and able to give its best in an inclusive environment. 

People generally want to do the right thing in how they treat others at work, and in wider society - few people would admit to consciously going out of their way to discriminate against others.  But despite our good intentions there’s a lack of substantial progress in equality and inclusion.
