Business leaders increasingly recognise the benefit of their organisations being more diverse and inclusive: more innovation from different perspectives, attracting and retaining motivated employees and improved understanding of customers and their needs.  There are growing regulatory and reputational advantages too.  However, it’s not always obvious to leaders how inclusive their organisations are, and what are the interventions that will make a difference.
