Offering you a safe space
It’s critical to move on from mere corporate commitments about supporting diversity and inclusion, tick-box exercises and warm words. The best people leaders have innate skills in understanding themselves and others, recognising differences and making this a strength in their organisation and not a problem. For others they might need some help in showing them the way to increase self-awareness and a greater understanding of different people and get a sense of what it feels like to be an outsider and feel excluded.
With “Making it Personal” we offer a safe space to raise questions and explore behaviour and opinions. This can be run on a one to one basis or in small groups, such as a leadership team or company Board.
